Next March 26th is the deadline for the registration to the second “Aluminium/Innovation/Sustainability”, the international competition promoted by the BEST (Building Environment Science and Technology) Department of the Polytechnic of Milan in association with Novelis, and addressing the best architectural projects featuring an innovative use of rolled aluminium (building systems, technological solutions, treatments and finishing).
Participation is reserved to the students of the Bachelor's, master's and doctor's degree in Architecture and Civil/Building Engineering as well as to the students of the Technical Schools activated within the European Union Universities.
The competition will accept all projects that have already been realized or are being developed within a course coordinated by a university teacher, for a degree work or as an independent initiative of the students themselves. The first three winning projects will be awarded 2,000, 1,000 and 500 euros respectively.
